Q: What is my Employee ID?

A: Your Employee ID for login is the EMPLOYEE NUMBER assigned to you by SkyWest Airlines. 

SkyWest Flight Attendants will append SWIF to the beginning of this number.

Q: What if my Employee ID is less than 4 characters long?

A: If your Employee ID is less than 4 characters you'll need to append zeroes,  to the beginning of the number to make it 4 characters.

Example: Employee ID 123 should be entered as 0123, 12 should be entered as 0012 etc.

SkyWest Flight Attendants Example: Employee ID 123 would be entered as SWIF0123, etc.

Q: What is my Password?
A: Your initial password is your 5 digit ZIP CODE on file with SkyWest, after that it is whatever password you set.
Q: That's not working, can I just have it emailed to me?

A: Yes, IF you have your email address in your contact information. If you have not yet filled in that information we have no way to email you your password information! To have the password emailed to you simply click anywhere in this sentence and it will take you to the lost password recovery page.

Q: I used the Password Recovery method described above but did not receive my email, what do I do now?

A: It is possible that the Recover Password email was caught in your Spam or Junk email quarantine. Most times when a customer cannot find this email, they later find it in their SPAM/JUNK email quarantine. You can add to your Trusted Domains/ White List and reduce the chances of of your SPAM/JUNK email filter catching this email.

 Q: My Credit Card was declined! Why could that have happened? What Can I do about it?
 A:  There are many reasons a credit card can be declined. utilizes to authorize its credit cards and we utilize the Address Verification System (AVS) to keep our customers' credit cards safe AVS compares your credit card data and billing address to what your bank has listed for you. If this first step fails, you will receive a "decline". To resolve this, ensure that you are using the MAILING address listed by the bank who issued the credit card you are using. If that is correct, the next step is balance. Ensure the card you are using has enough space. Debit card authoirzation criteria vary from bank to bank, so check with your banking institution if you are using a debit card and receiving a decline. If you have checked all of these points and are still receiving a declined message, please contact us directly. We'll be happy to find a way to accept your transaction.
